A wonderful cocktail with the flavors of rosemary, lavender and vanilla.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Chop a half of a vanilla bean in small pieces width-wise and place it in a mixing glass.
  2. Add the lavender syrup and muddle, crushing the vanilla bean.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, add vodka and vermouth.
  4. Shake vigorously.
  5. Fine strain and serve either up in a cocktail glass or on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or wedge.

  1. Place dried rosemary in the center of a cheesecloth square. Pick up the 4 corners of the cheesecloth and tightly tie the spice satchel.
  2. Pour vodka into a mason type jar.
  3. Place the rosemary satchel in the mason jar. Seal jar.
  4. Let rosemary infuse the vodka for 3-5 days.
  5. When ready discard the satchel. Pour the vodka back into its original bottle.
  6. Enjoy.

  1. Bring water and lavender to a boil.
  2. Stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool, strain out the lavender.
  5. Pour into bottle and keep in the refrigerator. It will store well for about 1 week.
