  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Beat butter until creamy
  3. Add vanilla extract to the butter and mix
  4. Sift the powdered sugar and Brown Butter Powder together and mix with creamed butter and vanilla for 2 minutes
  5. Mix in flour until dough just comes together
  6. Roll out dough to a thickness of 1/4" on a work surface dusted lightly with flour
  7. Cut into desired shapes and place place on a cookie sheet
  8. Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned, rotate the pan halfway through the baking process

  1. Combine the chocolate, butter, and sugar in a double boiler until about 150º. Remove from heat, and stir in the urfa-biber, raspberry liquor, pomegranate molasses and salt. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the flour, and beat with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula for a minute or two, until thick and glossy.
  2. Butter and flour a 9″ square baking pan. Pour in the batter.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Cool, cut into squares, and eat.
