Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro leaves fresh, packed or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried
- 1 cup mint leaves fresh or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried
- 1/2 cup scallions chopped, green parts only
- 1/2 jalapeno stemmed, seeded, chopped
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- kosher salt

Instructions
- In a blender, add the cilantro, mint, green scallions, jalapeño and lime juice. Process on medium-high speed until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and adjust the seasoning to taste with salt. Makes ¾ cup.
