Ingredients

cilantro leaves
fresh, packed or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried

cup
mint leaves
fresh or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried
1/2
cup
scallions
chopped, green parts only
1/2
jalapeno
stemmed, seeded, chopped

tsp
sugar
1/4
cup
water
kosher salt
Instructions
In a blender, add the cilantro, mint, green scallions, jalapeño and lime juice. Process on medium-high speed until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and adjust the seasoning to taste with salt. Makes ¾ cup.
