Blackened Shrimp Tostadas
- Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (deveined and shelled)
- 1/2 tsp Chef Cherie’s Italian Blackening Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 can refried beans
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 lime
