Chef Cherie is a dedicated gourmet spice company based in New York with over 20 years of service to both wholesale and retail customers. We began in 1989 with only 50 spices and a small ad in the back of Bon Appetite magazine, serving the mail order retail market. Over two decades later, we have become the premier wholesaler of culinary products to the finest restaurants and chefs worldwide. We are proud to deliver fresh gourmet spices and the finest specialty ingredients direct to our customers at the lowest prices available.

All our spices are hand mixed and packed by veterans of the spice industry with a passion for quality. We also offer custom blending, smoked spices, a product locating service and are proud to provide private label products for world-class celebrity chefs.

Custom Blending

Chef Cherie offers custom blending and recipe consulting for all your spice needs. All our blends are freshly hand mixed right in our Hicksville facility and packed to order. We will never share your recipe with anyone and your blend will be exclusively sold to you.
